Terms of Service

These terms apply to PES 2013 Online, its website, community game server, connection tool, and Discord account integration. The service is operated by the PES 2013 Online community administrators. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

About the service

This is an independent, fan-run project for people who own Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 for PC. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Konami or Discord. We do not distribute game files or grant rights to the game. You are responsible for owning a legitimate copy and complying with applicable game and third-party terms.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your login details and game password private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact the administrators if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms independently, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. Discord features also require eligibility under Discord's terms.

Registration does not guarantee game access: accounts require administrator approval. Website login and game credentials are separate. Connecting Discord associates one Discord identity with one player account; it does not grant approval, administrator privileges, or Discord server roles.

Fair play and community conduct

• Do not cheat, manipulate results, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt matches or the service.
• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, or share unlawful or abusive content.
• Do not access another person's account, collect other players' private information without permission, or bypass account restrictions.
• Only submit names, profile content, and other material you have the right to use.

Administrators may review reports, correct results, remove inappropriate content, or suspend or ban accounts to enforce these rules and protect the community. You can contact the administrators to ask about or appeal a decision.

Player content and privacy

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You allow us to store, process, and display that content as needed to run the service, including player profiles, matches, rankings, and community announcements. Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, who can see it, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

Availability and responsibility

This community service is provided as available. Maintenance, technical problems, updates, or closure may interrupt access or affect saved data. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every setup, or permanent preservation of accounts, statistics, and results. Back up your own files before using the connection tool.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the service without warranties and are not responsible for losses caused by outages, incompatibility, or unauthorized third-party activity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Leaving the service and changes

You can stop using the service at any time and ask the administrators to close your account. Account and data requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may change these terms as the project develops; the current version and its update date will appear on this page. Material changes will be announced on the website or through the community support channel.
